1. Terms of Service

Using IndexYour.Link constitutes agreement to the following rules:

Submission Limits: Submissions are limited to a maximum of 5 links per day per IP address.
Active & Secure Links: Your links must be online and active. Any links resulting into 404 page not found or no HTTPS, will be rejected.
No Sub-pages: Only the homepage link is allowed. No sub-pages!
Prohibited Content: Illegal websites, adult content (pornography), and gambling or betting links are strictly prohibited.
Moderation: All submissions are subject to manual review. IndexYour.Link reserves the right to reject or remove any link, at any time, for any reason, without notice.
User Responsibility: Users guarantee they possess the right to submit the provided URLs and that these URLs do not contain malware, phishing attempts, or copyright-infringing material.

IndexYour.Link is committed to protecting personal information.

Data Collected: Upon link submission, the system securely collects the user's first name, email address, IP address, and submitted URLs.
Data Usage: This data is used to process submissions, prevent spam and abuse, and send email newsletters containing updates and marketing materials.
Newsletters: Submitting a link includes an agreement to receive newsletters. Users can easily unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email sent.
No Third-Party Sharing: Personal information is never sold, traded, or shared with third parties, marketing agencies, or external databases.
Security: Strict server-level security and secure connections (HTTPS) are utilized to protect submitted data.

IndexYour.Link proceeds all payment securely on PayPal, including the refund process.

Secure Payments: All transactions for premium services, are processed securely via PayPal. IndexYour.Link does not directly collect, process, or store your credit card information or sensitive financial data. By completing a purchase, you agree to PayPal's respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Refund Policy: The refund policy is strictly bound by PayPal’s standard dispute and buyer protection window. To claim a refund, you must initiate the request directly through your PayPal account within the timeframe permitted by PayPal's current guidelines (typically 180 days from the date of the original transaction). All approved refunds will be issued exclusively back to the original payment method via the PayPal platform.
Please note: If a Pro Profile is rejected during the manual review process due to a violation of the submission guidelines (such as submitting restricted, adult, or illegal content), a full refund will be automatically issued to your PayPal account.

Residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) possess the following data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Right to Access: Users can request a copy of their stored personal data.
Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Users can request the deletion of personal data and the removal of submitted links from the database.
Right to Rectification: Users may request corrections to any inaccurate data on file.
No Third-Party Sharing: Personal information is never sold, traded, or shared with third parties, marketing agencies, or external databases.
Data Controller: IndexYour.Link acts as the data controller. To exercise any of these rights, please send a request to admin@indexyour.link. Requests will be processed within 30 days.

No Indexing Guarantee: While links are actively submitted to search engine sitemaps and bots are pinged, there is no guarantee that Google, Bing, or any AI crawler will index a submitted URL. The final decision to index a page rests entirely with the search engines.
Third-Party Links: The directory contains links to external websites. IndexYour.Link does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites submitted by users.
Service Unavailability: The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. IndexYour.Link is not liable for any temporary downtime or data loss.
